FinanDis® is a member of the FGDR and contributes to the FRU. The deposits collected by FinanDis® in the form of term deposit accounts and the securities it holds are covered by guarantee mechanisms under the terms and conditions defined by the article of the Monetary and Financial Code.

 

ACTIVITIES

 

FinanDis® is authorised to grant consumer credit in the form of amortising loans to private individuals in Europ, to market optional insurance policies to its borrower clients in its capacity as an insurance intermediary, covering the risks of death, disability and loss of employment, to receive funds repayable to the public in the form of term deposits, and to receive and transmit orders (RTO) on behalf of third parties

 

FinanDis®'s offers, accessible for the consumer credit: to a clientele of solvent adults residing in Europe and for the investment product: to a clientele of "professional" investors within the meaning of article D533-11 of the French Monetary and Financial Code and having an account domiciled in a banking establishment of the European Economic Area.

 

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act, we inform you that the answers to the questions marked with an asterisk are mandatory, the others being optional. If you do not answer, credit may be refused. This information, as well as all information already known to the lender or subsequent information concerning you, is intended for the FinanDis® teams responsible for the processing, in order to be used for the granting, management and recovery of the credit, for their commercial actions, including by electronic means, and to satisfy legal and regulatory obligations, in particular for the File of Repayment Incidents of Credits to Individuals, the fight against the financing of terrorism and money laundering, and the assessment of the credit risk

 

Processing may be partially subcontracted to an operator established in a member state of the European Union. In this case, this operator will be engaged within the framework of a data transfer agreement, making it possible to ensure the security and confidentiality necessary for the protection of private life and fundamental rights and freedoms.

 

In no case will the personal data communicated be transmitted to the private lenders of FinanDis®. You have the right to object, free of charge, to the use of your personal data for commercial canvassing purposes by contacting the consumer service "FinanDis® " Europ.

 

You have a right of access, rectification and opposition with this service and concerning with a counter of the Bank. Any false or irregular declaration may be subject to specific processing intended to prevent fraud.

 

PERSONAL DATA

 

Within the framework of its activities of granting consumer credits and offering investment services, FinanDis® is led to collect and process certain personal data. By using the platform and performing a simulation, you acknowledge and agree to the processing of your personal data by FinanDis® in accordance with the applicable law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, and the stipulations of the Personal Data Protection Policy.

In order to keep you informed of our news and benefits, you may receive offers from our company electronically (email or sms). If you do not wish to receive offers and information from FinanDis®, you can object to this at the time of your request, or update your preferences at any time. You can also change the frequency of the mailings or stop receiving some of our programs at any time directly from the FinanDis® emails you receive ("Unsubscribe" link at the top of each email sent). You may receive emails inviting you to upload documents to the document uploader or to provide additional information as part of the credit application on our site.
